Nilda Sadsad, R.Ac
Intrigued with looking at the whole person – physically, mentally, spiritually and socially as a way to find optimal health, Nilda decided to study Eastern Ancient Medicine where she became an Acupuncturist.
The holistic healing approach to this medicine fascinated her and has become a passion and purpose. She has treated cognitive issues, insomnia, headaches, menopause symptoms and musculoskeletal pain. She also sees clients for cosmetic acupuncture. Her approach to treatments is gentle as she took special interest in Japanese style acupuncture, where emphasis is to be light on insertion and focusses on gentle manipulation. Nilda comes from a strong female lineage of women in health care so it became natural to follow this path. It’s the innate care and empathy that shines through with each interaction that helps with the healing process.
“Helping people is something that I look forward to doing. I find that there’s a synergy that happens when both practitioner and client are working towards the same goal of optimal health. I am so grateful for this opportunity to work with you soon.”
“Katrina was a fantastic resource during my pregnancy and was so skilled at providing acupressure treatment for me. She even taught my husband pressure points to ease discomfort during labour. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and it’s a very warm and welcoming environment. And the food is delicious! Charleston is a phenomenal chef and so personable. What’s Good is just what Oakville needs!“
