What’s Good Wellness Wednesdays:Virtual Yoga @ What’s Good

Make time and space for your stillness & peace

We all need a little calm away from our individual storms. With our homes becoming our workspace, classrooms, gyms, etc. it can be hard to find peace and tranquility.

According to Chinese medicine five element theory, the energy of the winter season is all about conservation and slowing down. It’s vital for wellbeing, physical, mental and spiritual health. In an effort to support your health more fully, we are now offering a weekly yoga class with stillness and peace in mind.

100 % of the class fees collected will be donated to organizations doing the work to empower BIPOC communities and dismantle systemic racism and inequality in our local community.

This month, proceeds will be directed towards Halton Black Voices, a grassroots organization providing a space to empower, heal, educate and lift up the voices of BIPOC folks in Halton.

Kelsey, What’s Good team member and yoga teacher, will guide you through a 30 minute slow flowing gentle yoga class followed by 15 minutes of mindfulness to bring you to a grounded and centred place of calm. This class is open to all levels of experience!

Wednesday’s at 8:00 pm-8:45pm online
30 minutes of gentle flow yoga followed by 15 minutes of guided mindfulness

Free for current What’s Good patients (though we gratefully welcome your donations)

“Katrina was a fantastic resource during my pregnancy and was so skilled at providing acupressure treatment for me. She even taught my husband pressure points to ease discomfort during labour. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and it’s a very warm and welcoming environment. And the food is delicious! Charleston is a phenomenal chef and so personable. What’s Good is just what Oakville needs!“
