Award Winning Clinic
“Katrina was a fantastic resource during my pregnancy and was so skilled at providing acupressure treatment for me. She even taught my husband pressure points to ease discomfort during labour. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and it’s a very warm and welcoming environment. And the food is delicious! Charleston is a phenomenal chef and so personable. What’s Good is just what Oakville needs!“

Veronique Schaljo, CNP
Registered Holistic NutritionistVéronique Schaljo is our Holistic Nutritionist who graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2019. Her practice's core focus is on digestion, hormonal balancing, fertility and pregnancy support.
Through the years she has dealt with her fair share of digestive and menstrual issues: bloating, stomach pains, constipation, diarrhea, eczema, dry skin, ovarian cysts, debilitating menstrual cramps, 'period acne', heavy bleeding, and clots.
With her digestive and hormonal imbalances, she was preparing for the worst when it came to fertility but with dietary changes, reduced stress!, lifestyle changes and a lot of prep work, she was able to get her digestion and hormones in order. All the work put into preparing her body for baby helped make conceiving and her pregnancy/post-natal life a breeze.
This has since become her obsession: To help you get your digestion and hormones balanced so you can feel good and live your best life!
